Getting Started
Where are your classes held?
We train in the Baraboo and Sauk County area of Wisconsin, including private venues in Rock Springs and outdoor classes near Reedsburg and LaValle. The exact location is confirmed when you book, and we also travel to churches and workplaces for on-site training.
How do I get in touch?

How do I request a class date?
Browse the full curriculum on our Upcoming Events page. Open any class and use the Request a Date button to tell us which class you want and when you are available. Classes are also listed on our USCCA instructor page, and you can always call or email us directly.
Courses
What does the Wisconsin CCW class cover?
More important than just getting your Wisconsin CCW: you will learn the legal use of force, personal and home protection, firearm basics, situational awareness, shooting fundamentals, the use of force continuum, what happens after an incident and how to deal with it, and the laws specific to Wisconsin.
For the CCW class itself, the live fire session is dry fire in the classroom. Do not bring ammunition into the classroom.
Do you offer private instruction?
Yes. Private instruction is tailored to your needs and your situation, whether that is medical, tactics, firearms, or a short refresher mini class. Call us for a free consultation and we will build the session around what you actually want to work on.
Can you train our church or workplace?
Yes. Our Church Security class is USCCA curriculum tailored to the specific needs of your house of worship or business: the Emergency Operations Plan, team member assignments, first aid, threat identification and more. With over two decades of military experience, enriched by fire and EMS service, our instructor can customize the training to your family, church or workplace.
Billing
How much do classes cost?
Pricing depends on the class, the group size and whether we travel to you, so contact us for specific pricing. Not all of our classes are USCCA curriculum.
One published package: the Women's Handgun and Self Defense Fundamentals course broken into 5 sessions, with the fifth a range day, is offered at $150 for the package. Individual classes are available separately.
